1. Who we are

Grace Smith ("Grace", "the creator") is an independent user generated content (UGC) creator trading as ugcwithgracey. This privacy policy explains how your personal information is collected and used when you enquire about or book content services.

2. Information we collect

When you send an enquiry or book a project, Grace may collect your name, brand or business name, email address, phone number, project details, and any information you choose to share in your messages. Where you pay for services, relevant payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Grace.

3. How we use your information

Your information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and briefs, deliver content, arrange onsite shoots, and manage ongoing bookings. Grace may also use your contact details to follow up on a project or to share relevant updates, only where you have indicated you would like to receive them.

4. Legal basis

Your information is processed on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering a contract (your enquiry), performing the contract (delivering the booked content), and legitimate interests in running the business. Where you opt in to marketing messages, processing is based on your consent.

5. Sharing your information

Grace does not sell your personal data. Information is only shared with the third parties needed to deliver a project, such as a payment provider or a platform used to transfer files, and only to the extent necessary. All third parties are expected to handle your data securely and in line with the law.

6. Cookies & website use

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Standard analytics or hosting tools, where present, may collect limited technical data such as browser type and pages visited to help improve the site. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data retention

Enquiry and project records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the work and handle any follow-up, and for a reasonable period afterwards to respond to queries or meet legal obligations. You can ask to have your details removed at any time, subject to any records Grace is required to keep.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to processing or request portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact Grace using the details below.

9. Security

Grace takes reasonable steps to protect your information, including using secure accounts and limiting access to those who need it. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

10. Children's privacy

These services are intended for brands and businesses. Grace does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has shared information in error, please get in touch so it can be removed.
